Box Office Hours & Location
Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (or 30 minutes after an event starts)
Non-Event Saturdays & Sundays: Closed
Saturdays & Sundays with events: 9:00 a.m. - 30 minutes after event starts.
Tickets may be purchased using cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express.
Prior to event day: Come to the Administrative Box Office which is located between the West & South entrances of the building. You will see blue flags and a sign that says "Silverdome". Go through the two sets of revolving doors and it will be the door immediately to your left. This office is open year round handles ticketing, group sales, physical will call, and premium seating requests.
On event Day: You may go to the Main Event Box Office which is located between the North & West entrances of the building. You may also go to one of our outside Ticket Stations to purchase tickets or pick up will-call tickets.
Cancellations or Rescheduled Events
All ticketed events are to be held regardless of weather conditions. Sometimes weather or other outside considerations make the performance impossible to complete. In such instances, the event venue or the event promoter are charged with making the final determination of cancellation and refund availability. The Box Office will issue refunds ONLY if an event is canceled in its entirety. Refunds for rescheduled shows will be provided only with the promoter's approval. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase. In such instances, refunds will generally appear on your next account statement depending upon your billing cycle. Refunds for canceled performances include the ticket price and the per-ticket convenience charge(s), but do not include the per-order handling charge if any fees are collected for a chosen delivery option.
Lost / Stolen or Tickets not received in the mail
When tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail, patrons must contact the place where the tickets were purchased. In order to protect ticket purchasers, there is a process that must be followed to receive lost seat passes. If tickets were purchased at the Silverdome Box Office, by phone, or through Silverdomeevents.com please call the Silverdome at (248) 338-7000. For tickets purchased from any third party vendor, please contact them directly.
Will-Call Tickets
There are two types of will-call tickets. Electronic will-call tickets are purchased by phone or online, and are generally issued when there isn't sufficient time available for mailing. To retrieve electronic will-call tickets, you may go to any outside ticket window or either of our on-site box office locations. Your confirmation number and credit card used for the purchase are required to pick up electronic will-call tickets. Tickets that are left by team players, promoters, or touring personnel are physical will-call tickets. Physical will-call tickets usually arrive in the Administrative Box Office approximately one hour before the scheduled start time of the event. The Box Office staff does not have any information about physical will-call tickets until they arrive. Physical will-call tickets must be picked up at the Administrative Box Office, and identification must be presented.
Refunds
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. However, if an event is canceled in its entirety, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.
Ticket Mailing Process
Tickets that are purchased over the phone can be mailed to the purchaser if there is sufficient time for the tickets to safely travel through the postal system. The general rule is that tickets purchased within ten days of the event will be left in will-call to be picked up by the purchaser. If the event is over 10 days away, tickets are mailed through the standard U.S. Postal Service to the purchaser’s billing address. If you request to receive your tickets through the mail, please allow at least seven to ten days before calling to inform the Box Office that the tickets weren’t received. For tickets that are not received in the mail, patrons should contact the office of original purchase. If the tickets were purchased over the phone from Silverdome Tickets or Silverdomeevents.com please call (248) 338-7000. Tickets not received in the mail may be reissued at the Administrative Box Office

The Silverdome is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
The following sections of the Silverdome contain reserved seating for those with disabilities: 102,105,106,112,113,116,118,121,122,128,129 & 132. There are also seats reserved for patrons with visual impairments and limited walking abilities, unless not permitted by the touring artists. To purchase tickets in these sections please call (248) 338-7000. One companion ticket may be purchased with each ADA reserved ticket. Additional companion tickets may be purchased but will be placed in the rows ahead of the sections reserved for those with disabilities, if seats are available.
The Silverdome Guest Services office provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs to and from their seats, when requested. Escorts are available at any entry point, or guests may make advance arrangements by contacting Guest Services on the day of the event at 248-338-7000. The Silverdome also provides accommodated seating for guests with visual impairments. Advance arrangements should be made for seating in these areas. Service animals are allowed in the facility as long as they display proper credentials.
