The Silverdome offers a variety of part-time employment opportunities. The Silverdome employs approximately 300 -500 part-time team members in the following departments:

- Hospitality & Suites
- Custodial
- Conversion
- Security
- Box Office
The work environment is exciting, fast-paced, professionally casual, and fun. Part-time team members work during events. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
